Direct Marketing Campaign
Our client needed to quickly communicate an offer to its existing customers in a cost effective yet compelling way.
Two databases meant that the same idea needed to be communicated differently to both audiences without losing effectiveness. Volom developed, designed and managed a clever direct mailer and online banner campaign, both of which had remarkable results.
This client knew that one of their primary communication tools was their listing magazine that's regularly distributed to a nearly 10,000 strong database.
What they didn't quite appreciate however was how easily and efficiently this tool could be turned into a business within a business. Volom not only developed a 'Plan of Attack' to develop this new business venture but we also re-designed the magazine and developed presentation material for new partnership funding and advertising revenue.
This client spent a significant amount of their annual budget on traditional 'brand' advertising.
Client feedback on existing creative material told us that we needed to understand and relate better to our core target audience. Volom developed a new series of advertisements that recognised, related to and 'hooked in' our core group of loyalists.
This client had no web presence but needed one quickly and cost efficiently.
Importantly though they needed to have a 'back-end' system that enabled them to regularly and easily update content themselves anywhere in the world.
